Bye Bye Arm Jiggle

Hellooooo Monday!

It’s a brand new week – a fresh start. What are you going to do this week to feel your best?

One request I get a lot in class is exercise ideas to tone the arms.

Don’t you hate it when you stop waving but your arm keeps going?

That area at the back of your arm that jiggles when you wave is your triceps muscle.Your Triceps are made up of three muscle bundles that join together at your elbow.

In order to reduce that jiggle, it helps to do some exercises that target that area along with your regular training.

See the video above for some easy triceps exercises to add to your routine this week.
