Finding Peace – Impossible Task?? Nah!

When was the last time you felt deeply peaceful?

What happens in your mind when I say “Hey, take 10 minutes out of your day to just sit and be still?”

If you’re anything like me, that feels like an impossible task most days. But I’ll tell you from direct experience… if you can carve out 10 minutes a day – and you can – you’ll be all the better for it.

You’ll think more clearly, you’ll be better focused, you won’t feel so frazzled.

This simple yoga sequence can help quiet the mind chatter so that you can get still, and quiet the mind – even if it’s just for 10 minutes.

    Jenn,

Thanks AGAIN for an awesome sequence. WOW! I really liked the plank/downward dog section (challenging but got my heart rate going). You were right…I did get out of my head because I had to concentrate on staying in the poses and bring the awareness to my body. Great energizer for the end of the day! (and I am sure it would be equally great for the beginning)

    Thanks again!

    Teresa

I’m really good about taking some time in the morning to get centered before I start my day…and then again at night before going to bed…it’s that time in the middle that gets me…
