    HI Jenn, thanks for sharing the Nice videos. These videos are really helpful to release the stress and give the ability to stay calm and maintain relaxed breathing. It will be really helpful for me. Can I try these steps without any yoga equipment at home?

    Absolutely Lisa! I do recommend you have a mat – for stability and so that you don’t slide on the carpet. If you don’t have blocks, you can use a rolled or folded blanket.
