Blended Yoga

Blended Yoga classes blend Hatha (stationary), Vinyasa (flowing), and Yin (longer held poses) to create a class that not only helps you on the outside, but also helps you go inward.

Blended Yoga will challenge your body so that you can build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. It will also quiet the mind, help you get still, and help you reconnect to YOU.

One of the best things about Blended Yoga is, anyone can do this – anyone. You don’t have to be super strong, uber flexible, skinny as a rail, or be able to put your foot behind your head. Blended Yoga is about helping you reconnect and grow from exactly where you stand right now.

This class is great for anyone who is new to Yoga, anyone looking to add something physical, but not overly strenuous to their current fitness routine, or anyone feeling that need to make themselves a priority again.

Class Day, Time & Location:

All classes are held at the Church of the Good Shepherd – 107 S. 17th Ave. Caln Township, PA

Tuesdays, 6:30 – 7:30 PM
